Our House League and Competitive Basketball leagues are different. The biggest one is the level of competition. In House League, the kids are proportionately competitive to their age, as fun and learning is the higher focus. In competitive leagues, the goal is to win, and the expectation is that young athletes will be at a higher skill level and commit more time for training and travelling to games.
Participation is another significant difference. In our Competitive leagues, the young athletes are selected and placed based on their skill level; they must go through a tryout process. The purpose of our House Leagues and Camps is to give all children a chance to play.
Once you have decided on the program, click the “SIGN UP”, “REGISTER”, or “TRY OUT” button. Follow the prompts, and once you have a sign-up, the amount will appear in the cart icon. We accept all payments through our secure site.
Because of the level of competition, tryouts are used in our Competitive League program to determine whether the young athlete is suitable for faster-paced play. Tryouts are not necessary for the House League and Basketball Camp programs.
You will be able to choose from a selection of teams that currently have space available. Please use their age and experience as a guideline when selecting the program. When registering, you’ll also see the location of the program, the day of the week, and the time when each program takes place.
